Brainstorming. What a concept. We use it with students in our classrooms. We use it with parents in PTA meetings. We use it with our staff to address issues or suggest possible expenditures for unexpected funding (wow, it felt good to write that!)

I've always had a rule with students and staff. Every idea is a good idea. No judgment. Just get the ideas up. As fast as you can. Speed round.

Maybe I've just had good luck so far.
